           Fellowship has an opportunity. I look at an opportunity as something God asks us to do - and the great thing about God opportunities is that He provides, all we have to do is obey in faith. The opportunity that I am talking about is strategic and specific for Fellowship.
            First, some background information. There are 150,000 people in our area who do not go to church. Through the "Link Strategy" Fellowship will reach out to those not attending church. Our first step is "Link One" which will begin the second weekend in September. Link One is a video service that will begin in the worship warehouse. But Link One is also part of an overall strategy. In all weekend services the "Link Strategy" will help develop relational capacity, opportunities for ministry, and evangelism - all weekend services will have new Core Teams! What is learned through Link One will be a part of an overall Link Strategy to start additional links (video worship services) throughout our area.
            In order to do "Link One" well our foyer needs to be renovated. Our intention is to re-design the entrance to the Worship Warehouse to include its own entrance, a coat room, and conference room (see diagram). On the other side of the foyer we want to re-build the entrance to the children's education wing to allow for better security, add restrooms, and better efficiency and excitement in the classrooms/nursery (see diagram).
            Now back to the opportunity. To accomplish the video aspects of Link One and the foyer renovations the cost will be $150,000. We have $110,000 pledged. To make this an even bigger opportunity - we don't believe that we should go into debt which means we need to raise an additional $40,000. This money/pledge is needed immediately in order for both the video/audio equipment in the sanctuary and the foyer renovations to be accomplished by September.
