Newcomers Lunch: We regularly hold a Fellow-what? lunch to introduce newcomers to Fellowship’s history, vision, and values. Fellow-what? is a great opportunity, while sharing a light lunch together, to meet some of the church staff and to ask any questions that you might have about the church. A typical service begins with song and prayer led by our worship band. This is a time where people freely offer their expression of love and worship to God. Worship then continues with taking of communion (all believers are encouraged to participate). Once the pastor offers a prayer and the ushers distribute the elements, each believer is free to pray silently and take the elements in their own timing. The worship service continues with the reception of tithes and offerings to God. A pastor will transition the service with short announcements and releasing children to classes. A nursery is available for parents of babies and toddlers. The pastor will then share from the Word of God, discussing insights from specific Bible passages on a relevant topic, strengthening people regarding life issues and their walk with God.
