“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in…” Matthew 25:35 NIV
The mission of the Fellowship Church Food Pantry is to not only feed the body, but also feed the soul of the needy in the Clark County area. Currently in its sixth year of operation, the food pantry provides food, clothing, and prayer to everyone who enters our doors. We are supported through the generosity of the church congregation and we appreciate the continued donations of food, clothing, and money to our mission. Panera Bread® donates fresh bread, bagels, and pastries twice a month.
Testimonies: We received pajamas from the congregation at Christmas for over 100 children and recently held a surprise pancake and sausage breakfast in the Fellowship Café for approximately 50 families. It was a huge success!
Request for testimonies: As an additional outreach tool, we are requesting anyone who is willing to share his or her testimony, please give to a committee member. These testimonies will be distributed each time that we are open.
Thank you: We express thanks to everyone who has supported our outreach ministry over the years! It would not be possible without you!
The Food Pantry Committee, comprised of volunteers within the Fellowship community, serves 50 to 75 families twice a month. Open 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
Consider serving as part of this local outreach—a practical and effective way to meet the tangible needs of your neighbors. Contact the church office or committee member.
